At the same time, these restaurants help to spread the word about washoku cuisine to a wider global audience, following this cuisine’s inscription on UNESCO’s list of Intangible Cultural Heritage.

ZEN-NOH opened its first Japanese Wagyu Yakiniku Pure restaurant on Hong Kong Island, offering high-quality, tasty ZEN-NOH Wagyu beef in the yakiniku barbecue style.
